AI-Enabled Real Estate Leader Workshop

In-PersonTwo Full DaysImplementation Roadmap

AI-Enabled Leadership for Modern Real Estate Organizations

Two days of in-person guided working sessions where you diagnose bottlenecks, map real workflows, and leave with a practical implementation roadmap.

Does this sound familiar

You Are Running the Business Instead of Leading It

  • Too many decisions still run through you
  • Important processes live in people's heads instead of reliable systems
  • Accountability depends on repeated reminders and follow up
  • Your staff is busy, but execution remains inconsistent
  • You are experimenting with AI without a clear implementation strategy
  • Growth creates more complexity instead of greater leverage
  • When you step away, things slow down or wait for you

These are not people problems. They are system problems, and systems can be redesigned.

What you leave with

Outcomes, Not Takeaways

  • A prioritized map of the operational bottlenecks limiting your organization
  • At least one documented workflow ready for AI enablement
  • Clear separation of human judgment, staff responsibility, automation, and AI
  • A practical method for evaluating future AI opportunities
  • A 30 or 90 day implementation roadmap
  • Defined next steps, owners, and priorities
  • Examples and ideas contributed by other brokerage leaders
  • A clearer understanding of how workflows become structured AI-enabled systems

The method

Five Stages of Operational Redesign

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Identify operational bottlenecks and high value opportunities.

  2. 02

    Map

Document how critical work currently happens.

  3. 03

    Redesign

Separate human judgment, staff responsibility, automation, and AI responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Build

Convert selected workflows into practical AI-enabled systems.

  5. 05

    Commit

Establish implementation priorities, owners, and next actions.

Example Workflows Leaders Bring

  • Agent onboarding
  • Listing to launch
  • Transaction file review and compliance
  • Recruiting to onboarding handoff
  • Agent accountability and follow up

  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Clarify human and AI responsibilities
  • Design more repeatable and scalable processes
  • Collaborate with other brokerage leaders
  • Develop practical implementation plans

Attendees work individually and in small groups using guided frameworks, worksheets, peer discussion, and facilitator support.

6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Day Two

Begins at 8:00 AM

Catered Breakfast

9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Show and Tell Plus Live AI Agent Prototype

The group selects one or two participant workflows and watches them move from operational concept, to documented process, to structured instructions, to a working AI agent prototype.

  • Share selected workflows and implementation ideas
  • Review participant systems and solutions
  • Observe one or two workflows move through the full design process
  • See how workflows become structured instructions
  • See how structured instructions become automations or AI agent prototypes
  • Establish clear next steps for implementation
The purpose is to make the implementation method visible and repeatable, not to demonstrate another AI tool and not to build a finished custom agent for every participant.

The workshop concludes at 12:00 PM on Day Two.

Meals included: catered lunch on Day One, dinner during the optional Evening Open Gym, catered breakfast on Day Two.
