The group selects one or two participant workflows and watches them move from operational concept, to documented process, to structured instructions, to a working AI agent prototype.

Yes. Registration includes catered lunch on Day One, dinner during the optional Evening Open Gym, and catered breakfast on Day Two.
No. It is optional. It runs from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Brent Scott attends, and dinner is provided.
Each workshop is limited to 20 total participants. A Leader + Implementer registration uses two participant spaces.
Yes. The Leader + Implementer registration is the recommended option for leaders attending with the person responsible for execution.
Documented workflows, prioritized bottlenecks, clearer implementation responsibilities, a repeatable decision framework, and a 30 or 90 day implementation roadmap.
The workshop concludes at 12:00 PM on Day Two.
Refunds and transfers
Registrations are fully refundable when cancelled 30 or more days before the first day of the workshop. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the workshop are not refundable, because catering, materials, and venue commitments are finalized at that point.
Each workshop location requires a minimum of 5 paid registrations. If fewer than 5 people register for a specific location, that workshop will be cancelled and all attendees for that location will receive a 100% refund.
You may transfer your registration to another person in your organization at any time before the workshop begins, at no additional cost. You may also transfer your registration one time to another scheduled workshop location, subject to available seats.
